Bespoke power distribution units

We design and build custom power distribution units to suit project-specific requirements, supporting client installations worldwide.

Custom sheet metalwork

We fabricate bespoke sheet metal components including faceplates, facility panels, panel boards, and custom bracketry. Finishing options such as powder coating, UV printing, and Traffolyte labelling can be included, even for one-off builds.

LED wall support systems

Need a secondary structure fabricated for an LED wall? We have decades of experience designing and manufacturing frames and support systems that securely mount LED cabinets in demanding environments, including theme parks, cruise ships, and retail locations.

Scenic carpentry & fabrication

In themed entertainment and production environments, technology rarely stands alone. To help integrators deliver well-integrated experiences, we also offer scenic carpentry and fabrication services - ideal when bringing in a dedicated scenic vendor isn’t practical.

Our capabilities include:

• CNC cutting of sheet materials up to 8ft × 4ft (including plywood, MDF, Dibond, and aluminium)

• 3D printing of bespoke components using engineering-grade filaments across multiple printers

• Finishing options including paint spraying, printed graphics, powder coating, and other treatments depending on the application
